Grassroots supplemental programming is offered year-round. These programs are designed to maximize each player’s individual touches on the ball, focusing on the technical components of the game, including 1v1 attacking and defending, passing and receiving, and small-group activities.

2026 Summer Grassroots Excel Week
The training week will take place Monday, July 13th – Friday, July 17th, 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. The focus will be on the technical components of the game with the goal for players to get as many individual touches as possible.
