FDSC is committed to making soccer accessible for all families. We recognize that program fees can be a barrier for some, and we want to ensure that our members are aware of both FDSC-supported and community-based financial assistance options available to eligible applicants.

Canadian Tire Jumpstart

Canadian Tire Jumpstart is a community-based charity that helps children facing financial barriers access sports and recreational activities. These grants support participation in a wide range of sports programs.

Kidsport

KidSport offers financial grants to children from families facing economic challenges, helping them take part in registered sports programs and enjoy the lasting benefits of sport.

Their Opportunity

Their Opportunity is a program dedicated to educating, empowering, and supporting children to overcome barriers through the power of sport and community generosity. What makes their program unique is that recipients of funding are encouraged to pay it forward by giving back through volunteer work in their communities.

FDSC Fee Assistance Program

FDSC is committed to ensuring that children in our community have the opportunity to participate in soccer, regardless of financial circumstances. To support this commitment, FDSC offers a Fee Assistance Program for eligible families. Assistance is available for most Club programs (ie, summer camps, recreational and competitive soccer) and is limited to a maximum of $350 per player, per fiscal year (October 1 to September 30).
