Report A Concern

#UnitedWeThrive

Safe and Inclusive Environment

At the Flamborough Dundas Soccer Club (FDSC), we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone in our community.

The Ontario Soccer’s Safe Sport Reporting (ALIAS Reporting Service) offers a confidential and secure way for players, parents, coaches, volunteers, and staff to report concerns about behaviour, conduct, or situations that may violate Club policies.

Reports can be submitted anonymously. Every submission is reviewed promptly and handled with care.

When to Use Ontario Soccer’s Safe Sport Reporting

Some serious concerns must be reported to Ontario Soccer’s Independent Third-Party Safe Sport system, including:

  • Psychological, physical, or sexual maltreatment

  • Neglect

  • Grooming

  • Boundary violations

  • Discrimination

  • Retaliation or failure to report
