FDSC High Performance Training Week

Presented by International Development Academy (IDA)

The FDSC High Performance Training Week delivers an elite five-day training experience led by International Development Academy coaches from locations including Spain, Rome, the UK, Brazil, and Florida.

Dates: July 27 – July 31, 2026
Ages: U7–U18 
Location: Joe Sam’s Leisure Park, Waterdown
Wednesday Session: Tim Hortons Field (July 29, 2:30–5:30 PM – permit pending)

Players train in age- and gender-based groups for three hours per day in a high-tempo, high-performance environment.

Training Times (anticipated):

  • U7/U8: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • U9/U10: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • U11/U12: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • U13/U14: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

  • U15–U18: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

*Age groupings will be finalized after registration closes

Cost:

  • $450 – FDSC Players

  • $495 – Non-FDSC Players

Includes a bespoke FDSC Capelli uniform (shirt, shorts, socks) and program giveaways.
